Online Sales

TCB uses WooCommerce to provide online purchasing facilities for its customers.  Customer data is held in accordance with WooCommerce’s Privacy Policy.  Should TCB change its e-commerce provider, data may be transferred to the new provider.

TCB cannot guarantee availability of any specific item for online purchase.   Stock available in the showroom will not necessarily be available online.

Online purchases are not complete until full payment, including any delivery charge, has been made.  Items cannot be reserved online.  

In the exceptional circumstance where an item is purchased online but is not in stock, a full refund including any delivery charge will be made within 48 hours. 

Delivery is made to the address nominated by you at the time of purchase only.  Items are despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class within 48hrs of your order being completed.  You will be advised by phone or email of any exceptional delay and the expected despatch date.  Proof of postage is retained and TCB is not liable for any loss or damage to items in transit.

A flat rate for postage and packing is charged regardless of the actual cost.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about a purchase or the item doesn’t fit, it can be returned for a refund, in a new/unused condition, within 28 days of purchase.  Items can also be exchanged for an alternative and any difference in cost settled at the time of return.   Credit notes can also be offered at the customer’s discretion for redemption at a future date.  

Any discretionary returns are at the cost of the customer.  Returns are also taken at the showroom in person. 

If the item received is faulty or is not the item ordered, you should notify TCB by email with a photograph of the item concerned.  TCB will either refund your purchase price or provide an alternative suitable item, at your discretion.  The unwanted item should be returned at no cost to the customer, and a suitable return method will be agreed at the time.
